1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the PlayDart application and website, published by NOMANEZ. By using PlayDart, you accept these terms.
2. Description of the service
PlayDart is a score-counting and game-tracking application for darts on a real board: X01, Cricket, fun games, practice, bot opponent, statistics, local and online matches. It requires an account, stores your data on servers located in the European Union, and works largely offline.
3. Account access
Access to your account is protected by a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If you forget your password, you can reset access by email.
4. Free of charge
PlayDart is offered free of charge and without advertising. Advanced features may be added in the future; if so, their terms will be presented clearly before activation. No payment is due at this time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use PlayDart in accordance with the law, in a spirit of fair play, not to attempt to compromise its security or operation, and to respect other players during online matches and tournaments.
6. Scores and statistics
PlayDart calculates scores, checkouts and statistics as a guide. In the event of a dispute, the final ruling on a match rests with the players. Statistics and rankings are provided without warranty and are for recreational purposes only.
7. Avatar and photo
If you generate a Pixar-style avatar from a selfie, your photo is used only for the time needed to create the avatar and is never stored (see privacy policy). You warrant that you have the right to use the photo provided.
8. Intellectual property
The PlayDart brand, logo, interface and code are the property of NOMANEZ. Your personal data (matches, statistics) belongs to you.
9. Liability
PlayDart is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for data loss or disputes between players over the conduct of a match.
10. Modification and termination
The publisher may update the service and these terms. You may stop using PlayDart at any time and delete your account from within the application.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action; contact: contact@nomanez.com.
